Goulash recipe for your Halogen Oven

As the cold weather continues, wrap up warm, snuggle in front of a fire and serve warming Goulash…Ingredients
750g stewing steak, 5cm pieces
4-6 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp plain flour

Serves 4

25g butter, plus extra for greasing 8 thin slices bread

350ml whole milk 50ml double cream

Beef Wellington
 
Ingredients

1kg/2lb 2oz piece beef fillet, trimmed
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
2 tbsp English mustard
250g/9oz ready-made puff pastry
1 free-range egg, beaten
2 tbsp butter

 
Instructions

Season the beef with salt and freshly ground black pepper and sprinkle with thyme.
Heat a frying pan until very hot and add a little oil.
