Accessories for Halogen Ovens
When you first buy your Halogen Oven is difficult to know what accessories you are going to use. I have found that I treat it just like a normal oven and use the following basic items:
Oven/baking dish – medium size
Oven/baking dish – individual size
Baking Tray – Small size
Oven ready bowls
Aluminium foil
I also use the accessories that came with the oven; basically the two racks for roasting on. I haven’t had to buy special equipment except where the size of the oven dish is a problem. I read an article recently where a lady used baking tray liners in her oven to save on the mess of using the racks, seems like a good idea to me.
If you’re looking for specific accessories for your oven, then they’re hard to find. The only place I found selling them was www.coopersofstortford.co.uk.
